Acne Treatments

The Face Place Skincare & Acne Clinic uses the Face Reality clear skin system which will have your acne under control in approximately 60 to 90 days. It combines the power of customized home-care products, with a series of professional acne treatments.

Professional acne treatments will help you to get rid of acne and clear your skin more quickly than with just products alone. I also want to closely monitor your skin making sure that we are “pushing” your skin to clear but not so much that your skin gets irritated. Changes in your home care routine may be made to keep ahead of the skin’s adaptation process.

I will customize a treatment plan according to your skin’s unique needs and coach you every step of the way on your journey to clear skin. Strong communication is the key to getting your skin clear as quickly as possible.

  • Initial Acne Consultation and Treatment - $140

    Allow 1.5 hours

    Your first appointment will include:

    • Client Questionnaire - a thorough assessment to determine your skin type, type of acne, as well as dietary and lifestyle factors that may be influencing the condition of your skin

    • 60 minute treatment - The treatment will include a skin analysis, deep cleanse, exfoliating/hydrating enzyme mask, extractions, application of chemical peel if appropriate, moisturizer, and sunscreen

    • Recommendations - A customized, professional treatment plan will be developed to get your skin clear as quickly as possible

    • Home Care Regimen - A starter kit of products will be available for $25, to get you started with the Face Reality skincare system. We will discuss your regimen step-by-step to make sure you understand how to effectively use your skin care products at home.

  • Follow-Up Acne Treatments - $105

    Allow 1 hour

    As you go through the process of achieving clear skin on your face, you will want to come in for treatments every two weeks until your skin clears. Usually, that takes 5 to 7 treatments. Each acne treatment has a specific focus for what the skin needs at the time of treatment.

    Each treatment is designed to:

    • Exfoliate the skin so that home-care product can penetrate the pore more easily

    • Extract existing acne impactions

    • Kill acne bacteria inside the pore

    • Hydrate the skin so that the skin is receptive to your home-care regimen

  • Add-On Back or Chest Peel - $35

  • Series of 3 Treatments - $285

    Purchasing a series of 3 treatments will allow you to receive discounted prices per treatment.

  • Acne Bootcamp - $725

    Make the commitment to get clear skin! Receive 6 treatments (two weeks apart), and a 2-3 month supply of homecare products. (Regular price over $800) **treatments must be used within 6 months of purchase
